I got the chassis parts laser cutted.

Now it just need to be bent and welded 🙂



Battery

I will use a 72V/15Ah setup (24S1P) of Headway 40152 cells on my prototype but almost any configuration can be fitted.

For example 48V/20Ah (16S1P) prismatic cells or 36V/30Ah (12S2P) with the Headway cells.

The absolute max dimensions of the battery pack is: 525x97x183 mm



Motor

I will use a Crystalyte H4080 motor in my setup. Data sheet

Running this at 72V (3000W) will give a top speed of ~65km/h with my 20″ rear wheel.
